Payment: It is understood this studio is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested. The studio reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes. Negatives and previews remain the exclusive property of this studio, unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may be assessed, if changes are made to this contract within 30 days of the wedding date. NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without Photographers permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. If there are any changes in the schedule, notify us immediately. Deposit $300 - click on PayPal ADD to Cart button below to make deposit online. 3% Added charge for processing payments online. No additional charge for mailed checks or money orders.
Balance due 30 days prior to wedding.
A Mileage charge will be added on all weddings over 50 miles.

Pictures will be placed online for easy ordering by Bridal Party, Family and Friends in a password-protected site. Please order within 60 days of being placed online. Otherwise a $50 fee will be charged to place them back online for ordering.
This studio will be allowed to place event cards at the sign in table at the wedding and to hand them out at the reception to guests allowing them to sign up for notification of events posting online.
Failure to pay deposits promptly when due may result in the cancellation of photography services and the forfeit of any deposits previously paid to the studio.
In the event of a postponement or cancellation of the wedding. The deposits paid are non-refundable.
The Studio takes utmost care with respect to the exposure, development, and delivery of photographs. However, in the event the studio fails to comply with the terms of the contract, due to any event or act outside the control of the studio. The studio's liability is limited to the refund of deposits.
We suggest you call the studio two weeks before the wedding to confirm all arrangements. Please provide the studio with written directions or maps to all photography locations.
